More than 550 guests on an insurance company's marketing and sales incentive program--created by Jobe and Associates--were treated to four days and five nights of custom events in sunny Boca Raton, Fla. With fun including an "old-style Boca" pool party and a rocking '80s final night, the program just landed a nomination for a 2016 Special Events Gala Award.
